Players without a NTRP rating may self-rate.

Tournament director reserves the right to reclassify any player.

TEAM ENTRY -------------  $200.00 + $7.00 processing fee ($207 total)


INDIVIDUAL ENTRY ----- $100.00 + $4.00 processing fee ($104 total)

DINNER (guest) -----------  $45.00
